Overview
PHL-S.Ex series SPD is mainly used to protect transmitters, switches, frequency signals, communication equipment, thermal resistors, thermocouples and other field devices connected in two-wire or three-wire mode, as well as control room I/O, DCS, PLC and other devices, so as to prevent them from being damaged by lightning surge impulse voltage or operating overvoltage.

(2) The terminal can be connected with multi-strand copper wire with cross-sectional area of 0.2~2.5mm2 or single-strand copper wire with cross-sectional area of 0.2~4mm2 ;
(3)The length of wire stripping is about 5-8mm, which is locked by screws.
The PHL-S.Ex series universal model adopts the DIN35mm guide rail installation method, and the steps are as follows:
⑴Clamp the upper metal at the bottom of the instrument on the DIN rail;
⑵Push the metal part at the bottom of the instrument into the guide rail;
⑶Suggest using copper or steel rails.
Disassembly
(1)Insert a screwdriver (blade width ≤ 3.5 mm) into the groove at the bottom of the instrument panel;
(2) Push the screwdriver upwards to pry up the metal latch;
(3)Pull the instrument down and out of the guide rail.
Maintenance
(1) When using SPD, there must be reliable grounding;
(2) Before the SDP is electrified and debugged, it is necessary to check again whether the connection between the input and output terminals is correct;
(3) The products have undergone strict inspection and quality control before leaving the factory. If you find that the work is abnormal and suspect that the internal module is faulty, please contact the nearest agent or directly contact the technical support hotline in time;
(4) Within one year from the date of delivery, any product quality problems during normal use shall be repaired by Beijing Pinghe free of charge.
