Overview
1.The PHL-FMRS module is composed of a PHL-FMRS. A transmitting module and a PHL-FMRS. B receiving module. After connecting to the power supply, the transmitting module will emit optical signals, while the receiving module will detect the optical signals and provide a potential free signal contact.
2. The distance between the transmitting module and the receiving module of the remote signaling module shall not exceed 255mm at most. The status of surge protection modules with less than 36 S series signals can be monitored between the two modules to form a surge protection status monitoring system.
Remote signaling alarm function
The PHL-FMRS. B receiving module in the PHL-FMRS module outputs a potential free signal contact.Once a device in the entire state monitoring system is damaged, causing the optical signal of the transmitting module to be blocked, the relay contacts of the receiving module will act.This operation has a 5-second delay.Replace the damaged surge protection module and restore the remote signal monitoring module to its initial monitoring state.

Typical applications
Application precautions
1. Pay attention to ensuring that the power supply voltage does not exceed the maximum voltage allowed by the remote signaling module.
2. Ensure that all modules of the remote signaling status monitoring system are installed in place on the 35 rail, and that the optical signal can be connected between the transmitting module and the receiving module.
3. In the remote signal status monitoring system, the power supply is only connected to the transmitting module and receiving module, and the monitored S-series surge protection module does not require additional power supply.
Wiring
(1)Instrument wiring is 2.5 screw terminal;
(2) The terminal can be connected with multi-strand copper wire with cross-sectional area of 0.2~2.5mm2 or single-strand copper wire with cross-sectional area of 0.2~4mm2 ;
(3)The length of wire stripping is about 5-8mm, which is locked by screws.
Disassemble
Installation
The PHL-S series universal model adopts the DIN35mm guide rail installation method, and the steps are as follows:
⑴Clamp the upper metal at the bottom of the instrument on the DIN rail;
⑵Push the metal part at the bottom of the instrument into the guide rail;
⑶Suggest using copper or steel rails.
Maintenance
(1) Reliable grounding is required when using the product;
(2)Before powering on and debugging the product, it is necessary to double check whether the wiring between the input and output is correct;
(3)The products have undergone strict inspection and quality control before leaving the factory. If any malfunction is found or internal modules are suspected to be faulty, please contact the nearest agent or directly contact the technical support hotline in a timely manner;
